Sag Harbor, NY

For this project, I re-designed the entire property layout using the existing survey and Sag Harbor zoning requirements. The scope included positioning a new gunite pool, expanding the driveway, reworking patio and deck configurations, updating planting areas, and integrating all fencing and equipment locations. The goal was to maximize usable outdoor space while meeting strict rear-yard, setback, and lot-coverage regulations. I produced a full code-compliant permit drawing set showing all dimensions, materials, and improvements required for town approval.
