This project involved the complete redevelopment of a raised courtyard built over a parking garage structure. I oversaw the entire project from concept through installation, coordinating closely with engineers and contractors to deliver a fully redesigned, code-compliant outdoor space.

My scope included detailed construction drawings, layout planning, and full site coordination during installation. I managed the demolition and re-pour of all sidewalk and hardscape areas within the courtyard, installed a synthetic turf recreation zone, anchored custom benches, coordinated fabrication of new fencing, and completed all planting and final detailing.

The result is a fully transformed courtyard that enhances circulation, usability, and aesthetics while meeting structural and site requirements.
