 – Braze: 63 Madison Ave

Designed and built a live green wall with a neon sign, coordinated with subcontractors and vendors, managed outdoor tethering systems, and oversaw terrace furniture assembly. Ensured compliance with fire regulations for outdoor planters.

– Bainbridge: 180 Bainbridge

Managed the conveyance and planting of outdoor courtyard planters, oversaw in-house fabrication for pergola and staircase cladding, and coordinated with an irrigation subcontractor for efficient system setup.

– Winter Garden Palms: Brookfield Place, Vesey St

Assisted with the high-profile replacement of palm trees in Brookfield Mall’s atrium. Worked overnight with senior management on tree removal, conveyance, and planting for this significant ten-year project.

– Studio Museum Harlem: 144 125th Street

Designed the green roof layout and detailed paver planters. Coordinated with general contractors, the roofer, and a local landscape architect for the installation of green roof systems and historically themed plantings.

– JetBlue Headquarters: Queens Plaza North, LIC

Coordinated the installation of paver/pedestal systems, green roof beds, and planters. Managed irrigation, soil delivery, and planting, ensuring successful installation for JetBlue’s rooftop terrace.

– JFK Hilton: 144-02 135th Ave, Queens

Managed excavation and site preparation for transforming the old Hilton pool atrium into a community garden, aligning with architects’ designs while coordinating sidewalks, irrigation, and plantings for the public housing redevelopment.

– 50-54 E 8th St:

Developed a courtyard layout, working through design revisions required by engineers due to load capacity restrictions on the parking garage roof. Managed concrete sidewalks, faux turf lawn installation, and in-house fabrication of HVAC and parapet fencing.

 – Project M: 60 Thompson St

Managed rooftop planting with over 100 planters, designed and installed custom fiberglass planters, and coordinated indoor and entryway plantings. Successfully met tight deadlines for a fashion week soft opening.

– Dibner Residence: 85th Street

Designed and oversaw the installation of pavers and linear planting beds for a residential backyard project, ensuring attention to detail and aesthetic consistency.

Oversaw the renovation of sod lawn areas, ensuring proper installation and care to maintain the museum’s outdoor aesthetic.

Oversaw the installation of faux plant materials in an indoor office space, handling the conveyance and placement of planters with faux trees for a decorative aesthetic. 

– The Frick: Excavation

Managed the excavation and soil replacement for an old indoor fountain area, followed by the planting of new soil and vegetation to restore the space.

Managed the excavation of old plant material and soil from the weather terrace, overseeing the installation of new soil and plantings while ensuring site protection and scheduling work during weekends.

Led the installation of faux plant materials to existing overhead lighting, coordinating the use of mechanical lifts on an active construction site for the Jinya ramen restaurant. 

– 345 W 19th St: Residential

Designed and managed the installation of rooftop fiberglass planters with skirts and a custom aluminum planter in an atrium. Coordinated with a crane company to ensure proper material delivery to the rooftop.
